If you need to submit fingerprints for a background check, Trial Prep Investigations is a Certified National WebCheck® agent. We can submit your prints to the Ohio Bureau of Identification & Investigation (BCII) and/or the FBI for your computerized criminal history report.

Prior to founding Trial Prep Investigations, Ms. Carlisle was the Chief Investigator of the Stark County, Ohio Public Defender Office. She has more than a dozen years of hands-on experience with cases at the local, state and federal levels and is respected within the legal community.

Despite the fact that Ohio does not require private investigators to pursue continuing education to maintain their licensure, Jo stays ahead of her competition by attending conferences and seminars regularly. She has participated in symposiums on Death Penalty Representation, Kinesic Interviewing, E-mail tracing & Internet Profiling and Landlord/Tenant Law, among others. She is also a regular participant in several Internet-based groups that serve the private investigation industry.
